机器出厂前已经安装了驱动软件和操作系统软件。在使用过程中，如须重新安装，请按
下列步骤进行。 （详细信息请参考随机 CD 中 ” 安装说明 .txt ” ）
The software is installed b efore the machine shipment . If the software must be install ed
again , please follow the step s below: (see “ Installation instruction.txt ” on the CD delivered
together with the printing machine for detailed information).
1)
在驱动器中放入随机的 CD 盘。
Put the installation CD into the driver.
2)
打开 CD 盘，把 printer 文件复制到计算机 C 盘的根目录下。
Copy “ Printer ” directory into the root directory.
3)
然后打开 printer 文件，点击 文件来注册。
Enter into “ printer ” , click “ regni ” to install the files.
4)
完成后把文件 printer.exe 发送快捷方式放到桌面上。
Create short cut of “ printer.exe ” on desktop.
5)
在桌面上双击 printer.exe 即可打开 DSP-1008 主程序。
Double click printer.exe to enter the main program DSP-1008.

检查所输入电源的电压、气源的气压是否符合要求；
Inspect whether the voltages and electric sources of all input power supplies comply with
the requirements;
检查机器各接线是否连接好；
Inspect whether the wiring of printing machine is qualified;
检查设备是否良好接地；
Inspect whether the printing machine is well grounded;
检查气动系统是否漏气，空气输入口过滤装置有无积水，是否正常工作。
Inspect whether the pneumatic system suffers from air leakage; and whether the filter
at
the air inlet has waterlogging water and whether
it
is operating normally;
检查机器各传送皮带松紧是否适宜；
Inspect whether the tight degree of each feed belt of the printing machine is proper;
检查是否有无关的碎物留在电控箱内，电控箱内各接线插座是否插接良好；
Inspect whether there are any broken items left in the electric control box and whether the
inserting conditions of the connector socket

in the electric control box are good;
检查有无工具等物遗留在机器内部；
Inspect whether there are nay tools and some other items left in the printing machine;
根据所要印刷的 PCB 板要求，准备好相应的网板和锡膏；
Prepare the needed screen and solder paste in compliance with the requirements of the
PCB boards to be printed;
检查磁性顶针和真空吸盘是否按所要生产的 PCB 尺寸大小摆放到工作台板上 ;
Inspect whether the magnetic thimble and vacuum chuck are positioned on the workbench
as per the size of PCB boards to be produced;
检查清洗用卷纸有无装好，检查酒精箱的液位（液面应超出液位感应器） ；
