4. 用Grease 注油器给Grease注油 5. 利用Head Ass’y背面手把左右往返移动3回
6. 参考“解除紧急停止(14页)”解除紧急停止后重新进行作业
注意
使用指定的注油器，把指定的润滑脂用指定的方法进行注油。
不使用其他方法进行注油。

1. 选择’PCB编辑’菜单的基板’子菜单后, <7.板的大小>领域输入Y方向最大值’250’
后, 单击 <传送轨道宽度>按钮。

3. 按OP面板的‘EMG’按钮停止作业后，依次按’STOP’, ‘RESET’按钮。

4. 用超细纤维布清除LM Guide Rail的灰尘等杂物。
注意
设备运行的环境不佳时请随时确认注油状态进行注油。
可以防止相应部位的摩擦变形或温度上升产生的故障

5. 用润滑油注油器通过In, Stage, Out Conveyor LM Guide Block的Grease
Nipple(12个)注入适当量。
6. 完成注油后为了在LM Guide Rail中均匀分布润滑油，往返三次Conveyor的最小宽
度(40mm)到最大宽度(460mm)。
