– Dual stepper drive card (X3)
– Transport belts

– Belt drive DC motors
– Board clamps
– Board clamp regulator
– 4 x Gas dampers
– 2 x Clatter bars
– Moving rail home sensor
– Board at left and right sensors
– Rail lifted left and right sensors
Transport Rails Tasks
•
Remove and replace rail width drive belt
•
Measure and adjust front and rear rail parallelism
•
Measure and adjust board clamp parallelism
•
Adjust guide board edges
•
Perform rail to table height adjustment
– With new setting kit part no.193177 (Round belts)
– With new setting kit part no.193178 (Flat belts)

Set rail home position
•
Calibrate front rail and rear rail drive belt speed
•
Adjust board clamp regulator within tolerance
•
Adjust flow controllers to ensure rails clamp and unclamp
smoothly
•
Adjust board at left and right sensors
•
Assemble foil-less board clamps and perform height adjustment
(or snuggers if fitted)
