Guide block is used when components are difficult to be picked up by the placement machine in the feeding method with
the tip-cut sticks because the transfer state of components and the components posture at the pick-up position are not
good depending on the component/stick shape, etc.

Four feeder carts are included with the standard configuration machine.
If requiring more feeder carts for external preparation, please purchase as many ones as you need.

The cart stand box is necessary for external preparation.
This unit supplies electric source to feeders during preparation.
To use the parts verify function, the cart stand box needs to support Pana PRO/CVT optionally.

The floor slope in the feeder cart installation area needs to be 6 mm or less in the right/left direction and 11 mm or less in
the forward/backward direction. If the floor slope is beyond the above limit, the feeder cart cannot be taken in and out.

Please decide the number of stands, based on the number of stocks and the usage.
For the 8 mm double tape feeder, for example, up to 90 ones can be stocked.
