2.4 Composition of Placement Feeder Location Data
The set parameters are used to determine which feeder slot Nos. (Fdr No.)
various types of components should be allocated to.
Component IDs (types of components to be allocated) must be specified for
each individual feeder bases.
Reference
Refer to "1.4 Placement Feeder Location Data" in "Chapter 3" for the
details of each item according to the reference Nos. (Ref. Nos.).

2.5 Composition of Placement Data
The set parameters are used to place the components (IDs in the placement
feeder location data) on the points with the specified coordinates in the
designated direction.
One step is allocated for each component to be placed.
Reference
Refer to "1.5 Placement Data" in "Chapter 3" for the details of each item.

3. Outline of Component Library
3.1 Purpose
•
The component library is a database used to manage
"
specific information
(data) on components
"
required for operation of the component placement
machine.
•
By making use of the component library data, time for pattern program
data creation and editing can be shortened greatly.
3.2 Component IDs and Component Library Data
•
The component library is composed of
"
Component IDs (data names)
"
and
"
Component Library Data (Specific Data on Components)”.
