2.4.1 Product Changeover Page
On the Product Changeover page, accessed by selecting Product Changeover on the Ready page,
the Stinger dispenser plus button is available. When selected, the Stinger dispenser plus changes
to a minus and a Stinger button stack is presented as shown below.

2.4.2 Creating a Calibration Test Product
A calibration test product is a useful tool to have and can be created using a blank board. The
checklist for the test product should include positional accuracy tests and deposit consistency
checks.
Running a test product pre-production, exercises the system and eliminates any minor discrepan-
cies that may occur due to the physical properties involved in the process.
An example of a test product representative of a production board follows.

2.4.2.1 Fiducials
NOTE
Moving fiducial locations, during product run, may affect the location of sites. If 2Di or HawkEye are
used in conjunction with Stinger; moving sites results in a new pre-image being taken. In this in-
stance, a screen clean should be performed to ensure good pre-image quality. Site corrections do
not need to be applied if fiducial locations are moved during setup.
2.4.3 Syringe Removal and Replacement

1. Remove the replacement syringe assembly from refrigeration and allow the temperature to
rise in accordance with the manufacturers’ recommendations. Remove the end dust cap.
2. Select Unload Board. Choose the preferred remove board method or manual.
