1 Overview
The appearance and basic structure of this system are based on KE-2070/2080, and
Network control can be exerted through Ethernet.
Though the previous model (KD-775) is supported by DOS as OS (basic software), the
KD-2077 adopts Windows XP as OS to greatly improve the operability.
* The needle and production program data that are used in the KD-775 are available in common.
Additionally, the floor productivity operating system to be used with the JUKI mounters and dispensers,
allow you to manage the productions not only per line but also per floor. The IS manages and
optimizes the information and jobs for a whole manufacturing floor comprehensively to provide you
improved productivity, better manufacturing quality, and cost reduction.

2 Features
(1) Dispensing performance
With the standard 3-head dispense head unit, the machine permits high-speed dispensing at the
optimum rate of 0.1 sec/shot (36,000 SPH: except the PWB transport time and BOS mark
recognition time).
(2) Improved effective tact
Independent speed control using the stepping motor of the IN/OUT buffer can be exerted.
(3) Low fraction defective
The PWB support section (PWB backup) is driven by motor, thereby shortening the
clamp/unclamp time.
A high-resolution AC servo motor of 260,000 pulses per rotation is mounted on the θ axis to
improve the operation performance.
An air volume correcting function provided as standard has implemented stable glue dispensing
without relying on the residual glue amount in the syringe.
A glue temperature control function has implemented stable dispensing without being affected by
ambient temperature.
A blank run unit and a dispensing diameter check function permit stable dispensing.
A residual glue amount detecting function permits stable glue dispensing even if the residual glue
amount in the syringe changes.
(4) Space saving
Highest space saving in the series which is equivalent to the KE-2070/2080
The line visibility is improved by low profile.
(5) Improved versatility
A 30 cc syringe is available.
Applicable up to the L-board (410 mm x 360 mm).
A bad mark detecting function by OCC is provided as standard.
(6) Improved operability
Windows XP is adopted as OS, thereby implementing high operability.
Use of the language switching capability (between Japanese and English or between Chinese and
English)
(7) High flexibility
Mixed line of the CX/FX/KE series can be organized.
PWBs can transport without head and X-Y home-return.
Two USB ports are provided as standard.
(8) High maintainability
In addition to an hour meter, the XY travel distance is notified, thereby improving the maintainability.
With password protection, the maintenance levels are hierarchically classified to improve the
degree of freedom for machine settings.
A troubleshooting function is improved.
