Nozzle Guide Cam Upper and Lower Surfaces 1M39
Every Month Lubrication (MOLYNOC GREASE AP1)
Replenish grease every month or after the machine has been stopped for
a long period of time (more than a week).
Apply grease evenly to the upper and lower surfaces of the nozzle guide
cam by hand or using a brush and perform an aging operation.
Refer to "4.5 "Aging" Tab" in "Section 6" of the instruction manual (Vol. 2:
Operation (Supervisor)) for the aging operation.
Note: Wipe off the dispersed grease.

Every 3 Months Lubrication (DAPHNE EPONEX GREASE No. 1)
Apply grease with a dispense gun.
* Use No. 14 (olive) nozzle.

Upper Section of Linear Guide 3M27
Every 3 Months Lubrication (DAPHNE EPONEX GREASE No. 3)
Follow the steps below for the lubrication.
1. Close the air valve and allow the air to bleed out of the machine.
2. Rotate the rotary turret with the hand-rotating wheel to move the linear
guide to be lubricated between Stations #3 and #4
(Turret Angle: 108 degrees).
3. Set the dispense gun to "1".
4. Insert the nozzle to be used into the oil inlet and inject grease slowly,
spending about 10 seconds.
Note: Inject grease (quantity: 0.06 to 0.1 g) only once.
* Use the HL2-type nozzle.
Grease should be applied every 3 months after the initial month.
