Please Power OFF the machine and check the connec-
tion of the laser unit.
NOZZLE STATION ERROR
One or more nozzle(s) are not present on the nozzle sta-
tion. Please check the sensors of the nozzle station and
insert the appropriate nozzle(s).
Head No. 2
(meaning)The specified nozzle cannot be attached to the head.
(cause)Because the setting for the number of nozzles is wrong, there
are not enough nozzles to be attached to the head, or it is not pos-
sible to use more than the current number of nozzles.
(remedy)If the nozzles are available, change the setting for the num-
ber of nozzles In any other case, create PCB data which does not
specify a head using the same nozzles.
(meaning)The nozzles which are currently attached are not the right
combination for the PCB about to be manufactured.
(cause)The wrong combination of nozzles was used when the setup
was changed.
(remedy)Attach the correct nozzles, following the instructions on
the display.
(meaning)This is the display showing the nozzle settings required
for the PCB about to be manufactured. It is not an error message.
(cause)None
(remedy)Check to make sure the nozzles which have been speci-
fied match those displayed before starting production.
(meaning)The component is interfering with the adjacent nozzle.
(cause)Because the component is large, it is interfering with the
nozzle next to it.
(remedy)Create the appropriate data and try again.
(meaning)The PCB width is not within the soft limit.
(cause)An attempt was made to use a PCB which is not within the
specifications, or there is something wrong with the PCB width set-
ting.
(remedy)Check the PCB width setting.
(meaning) PCB width is out of range being used.
(cause) PCB width has not been set within a range of $$$ mm (mini-
mum) to ### mm (maximum).
(remedy) Set PCB width to value within a range of $$$ mm to ###
mm.
If you want to use local badmark function. Set "skip?" parameter
"Exec". If you don't want to use set "0" in mount data
(meaning)The nr. of mount data exceeds limit.
(cause)The nr. of mount data exceeds limit.
(remedy)Delete some mount data. Or delete some skip data in block
repeat and etc.
(meaning)The nozzle could not be picked up.
(cause)The nozzle station sensor may be defective, or the height,
angle, or XY coordinates may not have been correctly adjusted in
the nozzle station information.
(remedy)Adjust the sensor. Also, re-adjust the nozzle position, angle,
and height in the nozzle station information.
(meaning)An error occurred when housing the nozzle.
(cause)The nozzle station sensor may be defective, or the height,
angle, or XY coordinates may not have been correctly adjusted in
the nozzle station information.
(remedy)Check the operation of the nozzle station sensor. Also, re-
adjust the nozzle position, angle, and height in the nozzle station
information.
(meaning)An error occurred when transferring window data to the
laser recognition unit.
(cause)An error occurred in sending the data because of noise or
another factor, or the laser recognition unit has become disconnected
from the I/O board.
(remedy)Check the laser recognition unit connections, and then turn
the power supply off and try running the machine again. Check to
see how often the problem occurs, and contact the manufacturer if
necessary.
(meaning)Several nozzles are produced from the nozzle station of
the specified head.
(cause)The nozzle station sensor may be defective, or several
nozzles have been removed from the nozzle station.
(remedy)Make sure the correct nozzles are stored in the nozzle
station, or check the operation of the nozzle station sensor.
