Rack Shutter Fulcrum Section (6 locations)
Every 3 Months Lubrication (MOLYNOC GREASE AP1)
Required Time: 30 minutes
Wipe off old grease from the upper and lower fulcrum sections of the rack shutter
with an oiled rag and apply new one to them with a syringe.
Take ample care not to leave any waste threads after cleaning.
Use No. 18 (green) nozzle.

3.2.5 Traverse Cart
Linear Guide
Every 3 Months Lubrication
(DAPHNE EPONEX GREASE No. 1)
Required Time: 5 minutes
Wipe off old grease using an oiled rag.
Inject 40cc of new grease into the oiling port
on the linear guide block using a cylinder.
Pallet Receiver
Every 3 Months Inspection
Required Time: 1 minute
Visually inspect the wear of the pallet
receiver.
When the receiver is worn out to the extent
that the pallet is warped, follow the steps
below for the replacement.
1. Remove five bolts (6 on side)
fastening the pallet receiver and detach
the receiver.
2. Attach a new pallet receiver and tighten
the bolts.
Take ample care not to leave any
waste threads after cleaning.
Use No. 18 (green) nozzle.
