3. Alert Indications in Instruction Manual
The following summarizes the precautionary items and the location of alert indications in
the instruction manual.

Alert Description Related Items
There are strong motorized and high-voltage areas inside the
machine. Special caution should be paid not to touch them.
Doing otherwise will cause personal injury (serious accident).
Onlyqualiedmaintenancepersonnel
shoulddetachthe
safety covers.
The machine should be operated with the covers being
attached.
If a safety cover is detached, be sure to reattach it.
Be sure to close the magazine door before operating the
machine.
Do not disengage the interlock of the magazine door.

a pacemaker is implanted. Otherwise, the pacemaker may

the power breaker and lock it with a padlock.

Because the magazine is heavy, take care handling it when it is moved.
Otherwise, you might injure your arm or waist.

Residual voltages may remain behind for a few minutes in the
internal devices of the machine after power interception.
Before performing maintenance work, wait until the charge lamps of
the dc power supply and the servo amplier go "OFF" in 10 minutes
or more after the power breaker is set to "OFF.

After the maintenance work, be sure to attach the cover back in
place.

The alert labels (described below) are used for this machine.
Please read the instructions on each label carefully and check the contents, observing the
actual object.
Be sure to follow the instructions for safety purposes.
These labels should be kept clean and easily legible at a far safe distance.
When a label has deteriorated and become illegible, contact our service department for
the replacement with a new one.
