In the case of the tape feeder, since power is supplied and communication is made through
the Probe Pin, always keep it clean of foreign materials.

3.2.8.1. Various joints and areas subject to friction
The following figure indicates the areas where friction occurs due to movement when
installing or operating the feeder. If noise generates or friction is felt significantly at an
indicated area, apply a small amount of grease to it.
In particular, if friction or noise occurs due to the movement of the tape guide or drain
gear, contact our C/S.
Memo The type of recommended grease for lubrication:
MICROLUBE GLY92 GREASE (MAKER : KLUBER)
Caution If the tape guide contacting the tape is stained with grease,
problems such as defective feeding accuracy and vinyl
curling may occur.
