2.5 Special Features
SIPLACE TX Thermal Management
Process exhaust air:
Warm air separated from processing area
Outlet of exhaust air in centralized position
Fans status monitored by software
TX micron Special Features
The TX micron machines will be equipped with two X fiducial bars parallel to the conveyor
close outside of the conveyor rails on the standard conveyor. On each location one specific
calibration jig holder and a separate zero point fiducial.
TX micron 15µm with the option “Basic pack vacuum tooling” and the license for 15µm / 3s
will be deliever with stiftness lifting table.
