► Set the nozzles down in the nozzle changer.

NOTICE

Recommendation

► Prepare additional nozzle magazines according to the current nozzle configuration and re-

place the complete magazine. Testing and cleaning can be performed later.

CAUTION

Cleaning ceramic nozzles

► The ultrasound bath should modulate its performance for enhanced performance. It needs

to cover a wide frequency range to remove both coarse and fine dirt to an equal standard.

► Dirty nozzles should be cleaned as soon as possible, as the dirt becomes more engrained

and difficult to remove the longer you wait.

► Always clean the nozzles in the ultrasound bath with the cleaning boxes, to ensure that the

nozzles do not come into contact with other objects. The nozzle tips may otherwise hit one

another and be damaged. Make sure that the nozzle do not touch the cleaning bath as this

could result in metal deposits on the ceramic.

► Do not clean the nozzles by tipping them fully into the cleaning fluid. Make sure that only

the ceramic tips are inserted into the fluid, as the fluid could damage the plastic parts of the

nozzle.

► Do not use any easily inflammable cleaning fluids (e.g. alcohol), as the ultrasound bath will

warm up during operation.
