1 Montageanleitung Head
Reconfigura-
tion Kit CPP für die SIPLACE X-Serie
Diese Anleitung beschreibt die Montage des Head Reconfiguration Kit für CPP-Köpfe an der
SIPLACE® X-Serie. 1
1.1 Sicherheitshinweise
GEFAHR: Bei Nichtbeachtung der Sicherheitshinweise besteht Gefahr für
Mensch und Maschine!
Beachten Sie bei allen Arbeiten die Sicherheitshinweise in der Betriebsanleitung der
jeweiligen Maschine. 1
WARNUNG:
Die Automaten SIPLACE werden mit Netzspannung versorgt. 1
Teile der Anlage führen daher gefährliche Spannungen! Diese Spannung liegt im
Maschinenständer-Innenraum an bestimmten Baugruppen auch bei ausgeschaltetem
Hauptschalter an! 1
Unsachgemäßer Umgang mit dem Automaten oder die Berührung spannungsführender
Teile des Automaten kann zu Tod oder schwerer Körperverletzung sowie zu erheblichem
Sachschaden führen. 1
Vor allen Arbeiten muss - nach ordnungsgemäßem Herunterfahren des Betriebssys-
tems - die Maschine am Hauptschalter ausgeschaltet und vom Netz getrennt worden
sein. Zusätzlich muss anschließend die Druckluftzuführung am Hauptventil der Druck-
lufteinheit im Maschinenständer abgeschaltet und durch Betätigen des Nadelventils an
der Drucklufteinheit entlüftet worden sein. 1
In der Nähe der Linearmotoren besteht Gefahr für Träger von Herzschrittmachern, wie
im Detail im Kapitel "Spezielle Sicherheitshinweise für Arbeiten in der Nähe starker
Magnetfelder" in der Betriebs- und Serviceanleitung beschrieben. 1
Beachten Sie jederzeit die geltenden Unfallverhütungs- und DIN-Vorschriften und die
speziellen Sicherheitsvorschriften Ihres Landes. 1
Beachten Sie die Ausführungen zu den Restpannungen im Kapitel "Betriebssicherheit".
Beachten Sie die EGB -Vorschriften wie in der Betriebsanleitung, Kap. Betriebssicher-
heit, beschrieben. 1
Sichern Sie die Maschine während der Nachrüstung gewissenhaft gegen andere Per-
sonen und gegen unbefugtes Wiedereinschalten, wie in der Betriebsanleitung im Kapitel
"Verriegeln des Automaten...." beschrieben. 1
Bei der Arbeit mit den für den Service vorbehaltenen Programmen und Programmteilen
besteht zusätzliche, erhöhte Unfallgefahr. Diese Programme dürfen nur durch hierfür
autorisierte und geschulte Personen gestartet werden. 1
