4.5 电路板阻断功能的高级设置

本节将对使用电路板阻断功能的所需设置进行说明。

4.5.1 启用电路板阻断功能

可以从 Fujitrax Web 屏幕中启用电路板阻断功能。

限制编辑器是电路板阻断功能的选项。电路板阻断功能允许提前注册某些电路板以阻止它

们进入后续操作平台。也可以只注册允许搬运的电路板。

·选择 [Use panel blocking] 的复选框启用该功能。

·选择 [The trace from Restriction Editor is automatically deleted] 的复选

框来自动删除限制编辑器的跟踪数据。

·选择所需阻断功能的判断方式。

项目说明

Use blocking function 通过选择复选框来使用电路板阻断功能。默

认设置为 off。

Use panel blocking based on the

job name

可以注册使用于各个 Job 名称中的电路板。

通过选择复选框来使用该功能。

Blocking by specified

conditions

阻断满足在限制编辑器中所注册 Job 中指定

条件的电路板 ID。

Permitting specified conditions 仅搬运满足在限制编辑器中所注册 Job 中指

4.5.2 使用电路板阻断功能的所需设置

1. 在 Fujitrax web 中执行 Profiling 设置。

·选择所需生产线。

·单击 [Browse] 显示当前设置。

·在 [Substrate conveyance at the time of scanning ID error] 中选择 [Do not

permit conveyance]。

·单击 [Apply] 保存设置。

注意 )如果单搬运轨道连接到双通道的 NXT 机器上，则应该为搬运轨道选择 [Double Lane]。
