3.2 Uninstallation Procedure for Flux Dispensing Unit
CAUTION
Do not drop any flux dispensing unit during the attachment or
detachment. Otherwise, a foot injury will result or some feeders may be
damaged.
Carefully handle each unit one by one and do not drop any.
Procedure
(1) Push the clamping release lever.
(2) Slowly bring forward the flux dispensing unit.

3.3 Procedure for Syringe Replacement
The following describes how to replace a syringe with another one.
WARNING
Take as much care as possible not to allow flux on your skin
and wear protective gear, including gloves and mask when
necessary.
If by mistake you directly touch or drink it, it might so adversely
affect you as to harm you.
CAUTION
Flux is inflammable, so do not bring it close to any fire when
handling.
Procedure
(1) Detach the needle from the cylinder end.

Notice
The needle is screwed into the end. Be sure not to pull it
out from the end.

(2) Remove two screws fastening the cylinder.

(3) Pull out the pushing rod from the cylinder.

the end completely.
