The PCB cover of the feeder base
contacting the feeder probe is
contaminated.
Check and clean the PCB on
the feeder base.
Feeder probe pin is contaminated
or damaged.
If the pin is contaminated,
clean it. If it is damaged,
contact our C/S company.
The switch detecting the clamp is
defective.
Contact our C/S company.
A cable or board in the feeder is
defective or damaged.
Remove the PCB cover to
check the cable and control
board. If a cable or board is
damaged, contact our C/S.

Pull the stuck motor out. If
there are foreign materials,
remove them.
The vinyl box is full. However, its
door does not open
Remove foreign materials in
the vinyl box and check
whether the door opens
properly.
Foreign materials exist in the vinyl
slit of the tape guide.
Remove foreign materials in
the vinyl slit.
Vinyl slit becomes narrow due to
the deformation of the tape guide.
Contact our C/S company.
The vinyl cannot pass the vinyl slit
due to overlapping of vinyl caused
by defective material connection.
Exercise care so that the vinyl
is not overlapped during
splicing.
The vinyl discharge motor is
defective
Contact our C/S company.
The adhesive force between the
tape and vinyl is abnormally strong.
Contact our C/S company.

Remove foreign materials at
the bottom surface of the
feeder. Check for the damage
of the location pin and remove
foreign materials.
If the sprocket, index motor
and control board are
defective, contact our C/S
company.
If the X position is abnormal,
rotate the eccentric location pin
to adjust the X position. If it
cannot be adjusted up to the
center at which the part pickup
position cannot be corrected
exactly, contact our C/S.
A part jumps during feeding due to
the deformation of the tape guide.
Replace the tape guide.
The spring force compressing the
tape is weak.
Replace the tape guide spring.
The drain lever spring is weak. Replace the drain lever spring.
Since the discharge outlet is
clogged by the waste tape, the tape
is not discharged properly.
Remove the waste tape
clogging the discharge outlet.
The index motor does not operate
smoothly.
