DRAM Timing

Einstellung des DRAM-Timings

Das DRAM-Timing wird vom BIOS optimal eingestellt und braucht normalerweise nicht verändert zu

werden.

I/O Recovery Times

Einstellung der E/A-Recovery-Times in ISA-Bus-Clocks für 8 Bit E/A und 16 Bit E/A

DRAM Error

Einstellung der DRAM-Fehlerbehandlung des BIOS bei DIMMs mit Parity-Bit.

Der Chip-Satz unterstützt neben der normalen Parity-Behandlung auch die automatische Erkennung

und Korrektur von DRAM-Bitfehlern mittels ECC. Die Einstellung wirkt sich nur aus, falls DIMMs mit

Parity-Bit eingesetzt werden.

None Keine Fehlerbehandlung. Bitfehler werden nicht erkannt.

In dieser Setup-Seite werden PCI-spezifische Einstellungen vorgenommen.

MultiMedia Enable:

Mit dieser Option wird "video palette snooping" aktiviert. Dies ist eventuell notwendig, wenn eine

ISA-Video-Karte und eine PCI-Video Overlaykarte installiert sind und falsche Farben angezeigt

werden.

PCI-Interrupt-Routing

In den Setup-Feldern kann nun für jeden PCI INT (= Motherboard INT) ein IRQ festgelegt werden.

Da die LAN-Karte des M54 als PCI-Karte konzipiert ist, wird hierfür PCI INT A benötigt.

Im Setup ist für PCI INT A der IRQ 7 einzutragen. Dieser IRQ wird dann im Anlauf vom BIOS der

PCI-Karte zugewiesen.
