4.3.1.3 Drive A / Drive B
Drive A: Set the format of floppy drive A: None, 360K, 5.25 in.; 1.2M, 5.25 in.;
720K, 3.5 in.; 1.44M, 3.5 in.;
2.88M, 3.5 in.
Drive B: Set the format of floppy drive B:
None, 360K, 5.25 in.; 1.2M, 5.25 in.;
720K, 3.5 in.; 1.44M, 3.5 in.;
2.88M, 3.5 in.
For drive A: None is set for fail-safe and 1.44M, 3.5in. for optimized default.
For drive B: None applies in both cases
4.3.1.4 Video
Enter the type of graphics adapter in this field. Options are: EGA/VGA, CGA 40, CGA 80, Mono (for
Hercules and MDA). If an adapter has been installed with VGA or a higher resolution, select
EGA/VGA. The default setting is EGA/VGA.
4.3.1.5 Halt On
If this option is activated, the BIOS stops if it detects an error during the boot phase and issues an
error message. If this option is not activated, the BIOS continues without an error message and
uses the default values for processing. If the option is activated, the following causes of errors can
additionally be ruled out:

Every error generates an error message.
No Errors No error generates an error message.

Keyboard
Keyboard errors do not generate an error message.
All, But Diskette Diskette and hard disk errors do not generate an error message.
