Station Software 710.0 (R16-2) / Version Description 12/2016 Edition

1 Brief Description

This document describes the 710.0 Version (Release-Tag: R16-2) of the station software for

SIPLACE® machines. The Release-Tag displays in which ASM Release the current product has

been released. Example: (R16-2) –> 2. Release, 2016.The software was developed to run the

following placement machines:

– SIPLACE X3

– SIPLACE X4i

– SIPLACE X2 S

– SIPLACE X3 S

– SIPLACE X4 S

– SIPLACE X4 S micron

– SIPLACE X4i S

– SIPLACE X4i S micron

– SIPLACE SX1/SX2

– SIPLACE SX1/SX2 V2

– SIPLACE DX1/DX2

– SIPLACE CA4

– SIPLACE TX1/TX2

– SIPLACE TX2i

– SIPLACE TX2 micron

Depending on the configuration, the software can be installed on one or two computers:

Standard – one computer with the following software components:

– Control Software

– SIPLACE Vision

– Graphical user interface, including SIPLACE Smart GUI (optional)

Optional – second computer with one of the following software components:

– Coplan computer software (COPLAN option)

– Feeder computer software (BulkFeeder X option)
