Periodic
Inspection
and
Checking
Periodic
lubrication
and
inspection
work
should
be
performed
for
precise
machine
operations
.
It
is
recommended
that
lubrication
and
inspection
work
be
performed
periodically
.
Turn
off
the
main
power
of
the
machine
and
the
air
source
before
lubrication
,
inspection
,
and
cleaning
work
.
Only
qualified
personnel
should
perform
lubrication
,
inspection
,
and
cleaning
work
carefully
in
compliance
with
the
specified
procedures
.
Lock
the
power
breaker
in
“
OFF
”
mode
using
the
padlock
before
maintenance
or
inspection
work
.
A
CAUTION
When
maintenance
work
has
to
be
performed
near
the
X
/
Y
table
,
be
sure
to
spread
a
rag
,
etc
.
,
on
the
X
/
Y
table
or
around
the
table
.
Otherwise
,
the
machine
will
get
dirty
due
to
dripping
grease
,
fallen
components
,
etc
.
,
causing
loss
of
components
(
vacuum
nozzles
)
.

Cleaning
Prepare
the
following
items
for
cleaning
.
•
Brush
Use
a
brush
whose
bristles
do
not
come
off
if
possible
.
•
Cotton
Swab
Use
a
normal
cotton
swab
on
the
market
.
•
Rag
Use
a
rag
which
does
not
produce
as
less
waste
thread
as
possible
.
Otherwise
,
the
machine
will
break
down
due
to
the
remaining
waste
-
thread
.
A
clean
rag
is
also
required
,
depending
on
the
spots
to
be
cleaned
.
•
Oiled
Rag
Use
an
oiled
rag
which
does
not
produce
as
less
waste
thread
as
possible
.
Otherwise
,
the
machine
will
break
down
due
to
the
remaining
waste
thread
.
Note
:
Do
not
apply
too
much
oil
to
the
rag
.
The
oil
should
not
be
mixed
with
another
type
.

Do
not
use

air
gun
for
any
other
places
than
the
specified
ones
.
If
dirt
and
dust
are
dispersed
,
they
adhere
to
causing
the
machine
to
break
down
.

Vacuum
Cleaner

hole
of
the
vacuum
cleaner
is
changed
to
a
smaller
one
,
some
spots
can
be
cleaned
more
easily
