through the grease nipple.

10. Lubricate the X-axis linear bearing

rear sides through the grease nipple.

back and forth at full stroke, and spreads the
grease over whole area of it.
15. Press X axis .

UNLOCK
+ Continuous moving .
• The X-axis repeats to go back and forth at full
stroke, and spreads the grease over whole of
ball screw and linear bearing.
17. Press Y axis .
18. Press
UNLOCK
+ Continuous moving .
• The Y-axis repeats to go back and forth at full
stroke, and spreads the grease over whole of
ball screw and linear bearing.

1. Select the operation table.
2. Press
UNLOCK
+ Grease up posi .
• Each axis moves to the grease application
position.
3. Ensure that there is nothing put under
the head and press Yes .
• The Z axis moves down to the grease applica-
tion position.
4. Turn OFF the servo switch.
5. Open the safety cover.
