10. Lubrication Procedure
10.1 Placement Head and P.C.B. Positioning Section
It is recommended to work with the following procedure.
Conditions before the Work
All nozzles have been housed in the nozzle stockers.
The conveyor width has been zeroed.
The backup up/down axis is in the locate position.
The head is at the center of the P.C.B. positioning section.
Beam A
X-Axis: Approx. +200 mm (+80000P)
Y-Axis: Approx. +300 mm (+120000P)
Beam B
X-Axis: Approx. -200 mm (-80000P)
Y-Axis: Approx. +300 mm (+120000P)
The head has been lowered so that the grease nipple can beseen.
Up/Down Axis (Head 1 and Head 2): 35 mm (14000P)
The power and air sources have been turned off and padlocked.
Operation Procedure
(1) Apply an appropriate amount of DAPHNE EPONEX GREASE No.1 from
the grease nipple on each of the placement heads (Head 1 and Head 2).
Use U type and N type attachments.
(2) Apply appropriate amount of DAPHNE EPONEX GREASE No.1 on the
ball spline on the P.C.B. positioning section from the grease nipple.
Use SPK-3C attachment.
10.2 Traverse Clamp Section
It is recommended to work with the following procedure.
Conditions before the Work
The main machine and the multi-layer tray feeder (option) have been all
zeroed.
The power and air sources have been turned off and padlocked.
Operation Procedure
(1) Open the maintenance cover on the side of beam A.
(2) Pull the belt and draw out the L and R clamp sections of the multi-layer
tray feeder.
(3) Apply appropriate amount of DAPHNE EPONEX GREASE No.1 from
the grease nipple.
Use N type and U type attachments.
(4) Apply DAPHNE EPONEX GREASE No.1 on the small linear guide and
cam follower with your hand or a brush.
