: Attach the hoses to the air distributor in the following arrangement:
Hose 1 is always on the outside (on every gantry) and is attached to the air distributor opposite
the small connection (this connection is always left clear because it is the only one that is di-
rectly visible).

gantry 2 and 4 they run the opposite way around.

: Screw on the plate beneath the clamp on the sector distributor.

: Screw on the sector distributor cover (3 screws on the left, 2 on the right).

: Screw the cable and hose carrier onto the sector distributor.

: Fix all the cables and hoses using cable ties.
Make sure that you do not squash any hoses or kink any cables.
: Check that the cables and hoses are laid correctly and do not rub against anything over the
entire traveling range of the X and Y axes.
To check this, move the gantry manually several times over the entire traveling range in the X
and Y directions.

: Switch on the placement machine.
: Start the SITEST program.
: Start a continuous run of the X or Y axis.
: Check again that the cable and hose carrier and hoses are laid correctly.
: Correct if necessary.
: Switch off the placement machine.
: Plug in the fan cable and fix the black cover plate.
