: Insert the free end of the cable and hose carrier (ribbon cables and compressed air hoses) into
the threading aid (item no. 00331124-01).
: Pull the flexible tubing over the cables and hoses.

: Add the two UMHW cable protective films to the cable and hose carrier as follows:
- one film between air hoses and ribbon cables,
- one film on the topmost ribbon cable.
Taper the ends of the film slightly so that it does not catch in the flexible tubing when you intro-
duce it.

: Place the cable and hose carrier in the cable and hose carrier mount so that the two added flat
cables and the Expando flexible tubing end flush with the end of the cable and hose carrier
mount.

: Make sure that the topmost ribbon cable is no more than 185 mm from the guide plate shown
in the picture. Tighten the cables slightly, if necessary.

: Place the piece of rubber on the cable and hose carrier as shown (see photograph).
: Insert the three fixing pins once more.
Again use a suitable tool.
