: Push the two gantries together as far as possible. The outermost ribbon cable should be ap-
prox. 1 cm from the support for the cable and hose carrier mount of the opposite gantry.

At the same time, the ribbon cable, nylon tape and compressed air hoses should each be between
0.5 mm and 1 mm apart from one another. 2

cables, protective tape and air hoses are parallel when the placement head moves. Adjust if
required.
