Connect the two connectors to the screen block

Fit together the screen block and the screen on the machine

Connections

Check the electrical supply voltage. Depending your configuration, this machine requires a

220 V or 110 V supply.

Lubricant

 Fill the tank with water + 4% antirust cooling fluid (fill level is just below the stainless steel grid)

Important note : the use of a non PRESI cooling fluid can damage the paint, the screen, and seals. This will

invalidate the machine warranty/guarantee.

Instructions concerning vibrations

The FLEXICUT does not generate a vibration level that is able to have an impact on operator health and safety.

Instructions concerning noise

The FLEXICUT does not generate noise that is able to have an impact on operator health and safety (< 70 db).

However, the level of noise is very highly dependent on the immediate environment of the machine, the

consumable items used and especially the materials that you are cutting. We recommend that you take

measurements by using your consumable items and your parts in order to adapt the personal protective

means to the noise levels encountered.

Instructions concerning personal protective equipment

Using your FLEXICUT does not require wearing any personal protective equipment. However, above all use

your analysis of the risks of the workstation under actual working conditions in order to determine the need

for wearing such equipment (especially concerning hearing protection).

Instructions concerning the transport of the machine

FLEXICUT weighs 52 kg when empty.

FLEXICUT is delivered to you in a box that is specifically adapted for its transport. We suggest that you keep

this box in the event you would need to ship it back to the workshop.

In any case, the machine must be packaged with the cover closed after it has been dried. It must be wedged

with packing foam in order to prevent any deterioration.

Before any handling, make sure the machine's trays have been emptied.

Instructions concerning storage

When the machine is not being used but it operational, the machine must remain with its cover open in order

to minimise the risk of corrosion. If the machine is not going to be used for a long period of time, drain the

fluids. If you want to store the machine with its cover closed, drain the fluids and dry the machine before

closing the cover.

Test of proper operation

 Power the FLEXICUT using the main switch located back on the left side of the machine.

 The machine is turn on, the screen starts.
