About Handling
Basic items to be observed with regard to the handling of the tape feeder are as follows.
Cautions to be exercised when transporting a tape feeder
Transporting a tape feeder holding its handle. Do not transport several tape feeders
with one hand. Otherwise, a tape feeder may drop causing damage to it or injury to the
user.
Do not disassemble a tape feeder.
It is prohibited for users who have not received specialized training to disassemble a
tape feeder. Only our CS engineer can do it. If a user who has not received specialized
training disassembles a tape feeder, it may not operate properly.

Handle the terminals with care
Exercise care so that the power connector and probe pin are not stained with foreign
materials. Do not supply different power to the tape feeder manually other than the
method to supply power through a docking cart.

About Warranty
The warranty is issued to cover the following machine faults and malfunctions.
However, the contents of the warranty stipulated at the time of purchase take
precedence over the above coverage.
What is
covered by
the warranty
If any part of the machine fails to function properly under
normal usage due to defects in material or workmanship, it will
be repaired by Hanwha Precision Machinery Co., Ltd. at no
charge for either parts or labor.
Time period of
the warranty
The term of this warranty shall expire for any of the following
cases.
Feeding count based on 2mm moving pitch: More than 40
million times
When 27 months have elapsed based on the feeder serial
number.
What is not
covered by
the warranty
Any of the following cases are not covered by this warranty.
Normal wear and tear due to long-term use or faults
arising from normal use (natural fading of coating and
plating, wearing-out of parts, etc.)
Delicate changes do not affect the functional quality of the
product (such as noise of an operating controller, sound of
a rotating motor, etc.)
When a machine failure occurs due to a mistake made by
the customer

Faults resulting from the following cases are not covered by
this warranty as well.
Natural disasters such as earthquake, typhoon, flood,
lightning strike, etc., or accident, and fire
Reconstruction which is not approved by our company or
agents
Use of parts or lubricating oil which are not designated
Insufficient or faulty maintenance or inspection.

agents
