Problem Possible Cause Measures
It is not
possible to
push a
feeder in
since the
feeder is
stuck in a
feeder
base slot
Foreign materials exist in the
feeder base slot.
Remove the foreign materials.
Interference between neighboring
feeders.
When a part with a loosened
bolt is found, tighten it. If the
reel hanger is deformed, fix it.
If this is not possible, contact
our C/S.
Discharged tape is jammed
between feeders.
Check and take proper
measures.
A damaged location pin is stuck in
the pin hole of the feeder base.
When foreign materials are
present, remove them. If a
location pin is damaged,
contact our C/S company.
Since the pin hole of the feeder
base is damaged, the feeder
cannot be inserted.
Contact our C/S company.

Power is
not
supplied.
The PCB cover of the feeder base
contacting the feeder probe is
contaminated.
Check and clean the PCB on
the feeder base.
Feeder probe pin is contaminated
or damaged.
If the pin is contaminated,
clean it. If it is damaged,
contact our C/S company.
The switch detecting the clamp is
defective.
Contact our C/S company.
A cable or board in the feeder is
defective or damaged.
Remove the PCB cover to
check the cable and control
board. If a cable or board is
damaged, contact our C/S.
8mm/W4P1 Feeder: LED is
defective or damaged (it works but
is not turned on).
Contact our C/S company.
12~88mm feeder: Defective 7-
Segment or manipulation plate
damage
Install a feeder on the
feeder base and check the
status of the 7-Segment.
If it is damaged, contact
our C/S company.

The cover tape (vinyl) is not
engaged between the discharge
gears.
Position the vinyl properly so
that the vinyl tension sensor
can detect the vinyl tension.
The vinyl discharge motor does not
operate with a vinyl being stuck
inside the vinyl box.
Pull the stuck motor out. If
there are foreign materials,
remove them.
The vinyl discharge motor is
defective

The index motor operation is
defective.
