One of the location pins of a tape feeder is eccentric pin and if it is rotated, the part pickup
position is changed in the direction (X direction) perpendicular to the part feeding
direction (Y direction). If the part pickup position needs to be adjusted, measure the offset
in the X direction correctly for the part pickup position of the feeder to be adjusted using
the calibration jig calibrated by the master feeder supplied by us and adjust the feeder
offset.

3.2. Maintenance of tape feeder
Caution Perform the maintenance of the tape feeder at a clean and
safe place.
Manipulating the tape feeder by applying excessive force
may damage it. Do not manipulate the tape feeder by
applying excessive force.
Ensure that the components of the tape feeder will not be
lost and missing during maintenance and exercise care so
that fingers are not jammed in the feeder during
maintenance.
