The panel lifter for the XY -table is operated via the Z-axis servo motor . This lifter moves up and down to receive a panel from the in-carrier and unload a panel to the out-conveyor . Procedure 1. Select [Panel Loader]…
All panels remaining in the machine (in-conveyor, in-carrier, XY-table) can be
unloaded. Remove the panels in order as they are unloaded to the out-con-
veyor.
Procedure
1. Select [Panel Loader] from the [Setup] section at the [Main]
screen.
2. Select [Flush Out] from the [Load/Unload] section.
3. Press the START button.
The position from which the XY-table receives a panel from the in-conveyor
is referred to as the "loading position" and the position from which a panel is
unloaded from the XY-table to the out-conveyor is called the "unloading posi-
tion".
Procedure
1.
Select [Panel Loader] from the [Setup] section at the [Main]
screen.
2. Select [Move to Loading Position] or [Move to Unloading
Position] from the [Main Conveyor] section.
3. Press the START button.

Main conveyor clampers can be operated individually.
The panel lifter can only move up and down when the XY-table is at the load-
ing or unloading position. Consequently, the XY-table must be moved to the
loading or unloading position before this command can be used (see section 8-
6).
Procedure
1. Select [Panel Loader] from the [Setup] section at the [Main]
screen.
2. Select [Clamp] or [Unclamp] from the [Main Conveyor] section.
3. Press the START button.

Panels can be loaded using a Step operation mode.
Procedure
1. Select [Panel Loader] from the [Setup] section at the [Main]
screen.
2. Select [Loader Maintenance].
3. Select [Load Panel] from the [Step Action] section.
4. Press the START button to load panels in a step operation for-
mat. After each step, the START button is enabled again.
5.
Press the START button repeatedly after each step until loading
is completed.
6. When loading is completed, the [Loader Maintenance] screen
displays.
