1.1. Path
This section describes the items displayed by clicking the Path on the main screen.
Field Name
Field Description
X-pert System
Sets the X-pert System for exporting (converting and saving data as a separated file) the result output from X-
pert MES System program.
When this is selected, it is available to use KY-6000 interworking with X-pert MES System.
Choose one or more among “X-pert System”, “Result Export” and “Use ITAC” according to the program you
are using. You can choose all of three.
• Change : Click this to specify the path where the corresponding data is to be saved. The path shown under
the button is the path where the exported file is saved.
• 3D SAVE: Select this to save the 3D image in the X-pert MEX System in the *.k3d format.
Auto Result BackUp
Sets settings related to exporting PCB inspection result as a file whenever PCB inspection is performed.
Click Basic Setup, and Basic Setup window appears. Then click File Format tab in the window, and a window
for setting the function appears.
Setting BackUp
Sets the settings related to backup.
Using the combo box at the lower side, you can specify the path where a backup file is saved.
BackUp : Click this button; the important parameters are automatically backed-up. The backup file is saved
in the specified path.
Restore : Click this button; the saved backup file is applied for restoring the parameter values. The backup
file is loaded from the specified path.
Job Link
Sets the ‘Job Link’-related functions. With this ‘Job Link’ function, the JOB File of the corresponding PCB is
automatically loaded by entering the barcode of the PCB.
Select : Click this button; the corresponding JOB File is loaded from the path shown at the side.
• Barcode Job Read: When this is selected, the handy barcode reader installed on the outside of the machine
is available as well as the inline barcode reader. With the handy barcode reader, the barcode of PCBs are
directly scanned and entered.
ADD K3D Save
Adds a new path for saving image files.
When this is selected, image files in the *.k3d format are saved in the specified path.
Change : Click this to specify the path where the corresponding data is to be saved.
Caution: This button is available only when ADD K3D Save is selected.
Use JPG
Sets the settings related to saving 2D images of a job where defects occur in the *.jpg format.
When this is selected, the 2D images of a job where defects occur are saved in the *.jpg format.
Change: Click this to specify the path where the corresponding data is to be saved.
Caution: This button is available only when Use JPG is selected.
• Folder Style: Selects the style of a folder where images are saved. Three styles are available as listed below
- Barcode: When this is selected, the folder name is automatically specified as the barcode of the PCB.
- Auto Increment: When this is selected, the folder name is started from a specified number and
automatically increased from the starting number. Therefore, it is useful when you want to know the
number of the PCB being inspected.
Data Folder
Click this to specify the path where the corresponding data is to be saved.
• Change: Click this to specify the path where the corresponding data is to be saved. Generally, the pre-
defined path is used.
Buffer Result Folder
Click this to specify the path where NG Buffer data is to be saved.
• Change: Click this to specify the path where NG Buffer data is to be saved.
1.2. Remote
This section describes the items displayed by clicking the Remote on the main screen.

Use Net Monitor
Sets the Net Monitoring Program to use.
Server IP: Input the Net Monitoring Server IP address.
Load Rack Grid Count: Sets the Rack Grid number of Machine Rack Buffer Information.
Use IPAD Net Monitor: This item is selected to use Net Monitor Program on IPAD.
iniFile Path: Sets the readable file folder on IPAD, when Net Monitor is used by IPAD.
Export Multi Line
Monitoring XML
Click this to export the XML data file, when Multi line monitoring is used.
1.3. Option
This section describes the items displayed by clicking the Option on the main screen.

Field Description
OutSide Racks
Sets the setting related to a rack when a rack is connected to the machine.
When this is selected, the rack connected to the machine can be used.
• Timer: When this is selected, it is available to set the time taken from appearance and automatic
disappearance of Defect View. Enter the display time of Defect View.
• Rack: Sets the type of racks interworking with the machine and whether or not to use call function.
- NG Rack[FA]: Select this when Young-jin FA’s machine is used as NG racks.
- Multi Rack[FA]: Select this when Young-jin FAs machine is used as Multi racks.
- Multi Rack[famecs]: Select this when Famecs’s machine is used as Multi racks.
- Multi Rack[FA] with PC: Select this when Young-jin FA’s machine is used as Multi racks.
- Multi Rack [KH FA]: Select this when Ki-hung FAs machine is used as multi racks.
- Dual: Select this when Dual Lane machine is used with rack.
- 10+: Select this when racks are used more than 10.
- Use Call function: When this is selected, the call function can be used. Click Call button in the UI (or
OUT button of the machine); the PCB is moved to the repair conveyor. This is only for the case of
Young-jin FA’s Multi racks.
- Use DVC Clear: When this is selected, clear all racks with Out signal.
• Use Comm: Sets the settings related to interworking rack connections.
- Rack Num: Enter the number of interworking racks.
- Comm Setting: Enter the communication type.
- Comm Port: Enter the Comm port number.
- Pre Buffer Comm port: Enter the Comm port number. This is used when the buffer rack is interworking
with the previous process of the machine.
- use Delimiter: Select this when you use delimiter.
Defect Queue
With this item, it is available to manage ‘Defect Review’ function via SPC Plus.
This is available when the machine has multi-rack or its repair conveyor is at the end of machine.
When this is selected, the defects of a PCB loaded on the machine are shown via a rack or a PC (remote
PC) linked to the repair conveyor.
• Local: Select this when you check the defects via a PC mounted on the machine.
Caution: Do not select this function when you use ‘Defect Review’ function via the remote PC.
