6.3.5.4 Safety Instructions for Transporting the Module

DANGER
Danger of crushing
There is a risk of injuries by pinch points or a risk of crushing by reaching into the feeder or from
loose clothing which could get into the feeder during operation.
Observe correct handling and the safety instructions.
Do not reach into the feeder while it is running.
Maintain an adequate safety distance.
CAUTION
High weight
The heavy weight of the module could cause injuries if the module is not handled correctly.
Do not lift or carry the module alone.
During removal, remember that the SIPLACE JTF-MW (~ 60 kg) is heavy. You might need
to enlist the help of a second person.

Manual tray holder is used at Location 2 of an SIPLACE E, to provide tray support for 2x standard
JEDEC trays at one time. Components can be made available quickly on JEDEC trays with the
help of the manual tray holder.
If the tray holder is not present, you can use all 60 feeder tracks on the SIPLACE E changeover
table or the fixed table. When the SIPLACE E is a single sided machine, there is a plate (Arbitray
Plate E) instead of the changeover table/fixed table that allows a manual tray holder setup.
