2.Aftercheckingandcleaningthenozzle,reattachthenozzletotheheadwhilemakingsuretheheadpositionandthe
nozzle'sorientationarecorrect.

1.Returnallnozzlesinthenozzlestation.
2.Onthe[Unit]-[Head]tabscreen,pressthe[NpzzleStnShutter]buttontoallowthenozzlestoberemovedfromthe
nozzlestation,thenremoveeachnozzlebyhand.
3.Aftercheckingandcleaningthenozzle,returnthenozzlebackinthenozzlestationandpressthe[NpzzleStnShutter]
button.

Cleaning and greasing the feeder exchange carriage
Chips or foreign matter falling on the feeder plate might bite into the surface during feeder setting and cause
the pickup position to deviate. Periodic inspection and cleaning are recommended to prevent this problem.
2.1 Cleaning the feeder plate

Cleaning by vacuum cleaner
1.Detachthebatchchangecarriagefromthemachine.
2.Useahouseholdvacuumcleaner,etc.,toremovealltheforeignmatter(chipsandpapertaperesidue,etc.).

Cleaning by vacuum assembly
1.Setthebatchchangecarriageonthemachine.
2.Connecttheoptionalvacuumassembly(KHY-M88V0-A0X)totheairconnectorsonthefrontofthecarriage.
3.Remove(byvacuumcleaner)alltheforeignmatter(chipsandpapertaperesidue,etc.).
