4b0302 ILLEGAL OPERATION P.C.B. WAS TOOK ON CONVEYOR.
(Cause 1) An improper P.C.B. is put on the conveyor.
(Remedy 1) Press the [RETURN] button to cancel the error display and remove the improper
P.C.B.
After that, place a proper P.C.B. on the conveyor, zero all axes, and re-start the
production.
4b0303 ILLEGAL OPERATION P.C.B. REMOVE FROM CONVEYOR.
(Cause 1) A proper P.C.B. was removed from the conveyor.
(Remedy 1) Press the [RETURN] button to cancel the error display and place a proper P.C.B.
on the conveyor, Then, zero all axes and re-start the production.
4b0304 ILLEGAL OPERATION THE OPERATION SW IS CHANGED IN EXCEPT STOP
STATE.
(Cause 1) The [OPERATION] switch was changed over.
(Remedy 1) Change over the [OPERATION] switch to the correct mode and press the [RE-
TURN] button. Then, continue the operation.
4b0305 ILLEGAL OPERATION THE OPERATION/SETUP SW HAS BEEN ENABLED WHILE
THE BACKPANEL IS USE.
(Cause 1) The [OPERATION] switch was changed over.
(Remedy 1) Change over the [OPERATION] switch to the correct mode and press the [RE-
TURN] button. Then, continue the operation.
