Recognition Error ID Item Description
02 ** 2901 ** Picked Posture Error The pick angular skew is big.
02 ** 2902 ** Picked Posture Error The pick-up position has deviated greatly in X
direction.
02 ** 2903 ** Picked Posture Error The pick-up position has deviated greatly in Y
direction.
02 ** 2904 ** Picked Posture Error The pick-up position has deviated greately in X
or Y direction.
(Cause 1) When a component is picked up, the pick-up positions (X and Y) and
angle have shifted greatly from the correct ones.
(Cause 2)When the tape is fed, a component is turned vertically.
(Remedy 1) Check the selected component and the tape feeder.
Check if the feeder (B) offset data is correct.
Check if the component library data is correct.
(Remedy 2) Check the selected component and the tape feeder.

02 ** 3101 ** Error in Corner Detection More than two corners of a component are hid-
den by the protruded nozzle.
02 ** 3102 ** Error in Corner Detection Corner Not Detected.
(Cause 1) The pick-up position has shifted from the specified one in the X direction.
Fig. 4B21
(Cause 2) The tapered part of the vacuum nozzle end or the diffusion plate is stained.
Fig. 4B22
(Remedy 1) Check the component and the tape feeder.
(Remedy 2) Clean the vacuum nozzle end or the diffusion plate.
02 ** 3201 ** Error in Center of Gravity Detection The component shape (size) is not applicable.
02 ** 3202 ** Error in Center of Gravity Detection Failed in Corner Detection.
02 ** 3203 ** Error in Center of Gravity Detection Failed in Center of Gravity Detection.
(Cause 1)The selected component does not match the nozzle.
(Cause 2)The component is bent due to weak vacuum suction forc
(Remedy 1) Check the selected component and the vacuum nozzle.
(Remedy 2) Check the vacuum pressure.

Recognition Error ID Item Description
02 ** 3301 ** Error in Edge Detection Some edges cannot be detected because they
are hidden by the nozzle.
02 ** 3302 ** Error in Edge Detection No Edge Detected.
02 ** 3303 ** Error in Edge Detection Upper Edge Not Detected.
02 ** 3304 ** Error in Edge Detection Left Edge Not Detected.
02 ** 3305 ** Error in Edge Detection Lower Edge Not Detected.
02 ** 3306 ** Error in Edge Detection Right Edge Not Detected.
(Cause 1)The selected component does not match the nozzle.
(Cause 2) Wrong parameters (edge data) are set for the selected component in the
component library data.
(Cause 3) The tapered part of the vacuum nozzle end or the diffusion plate is stained.
Fig. 4B23
(Remedy 1) Check the selected component and the vacuum nozzle.
Check if the feeder (B) offset data is correct.
(Remedy 2) Check the edge condition of the selected component and the compo-
nent library data.
If wrong parameters are set in the component library data, correct them.
(Remedy 3) Clean the vacuum nozzle end or the diffusion plate.
