3.3.2 Elevator Shaft
Before the maintenance work, manually move the elevator to the position for
easier lubrication work and turn off the power.
The maintenance cover must be detached to apply grease to the elevator
shaft.

Refer to "4.1 Detachment and Attachment of Maintenance Cover" for how
to detach the cover.
Ball Screw
Every 3 Months Lubrication
(DAPHNE EPONEX GREASE No. 1)
Required Time: 10 minutes
Wipe off old grease with an oiled rag and
apply new one with a brush.
Take ample care not to leave any
waste threads after cleaning.

3.3.3 Traverse
Pallet Receiver
Every 3 Months Inspection
Required Time: 1 minute
Visually inspect the wear of the pallet
receiver.
When the receiver is worn out to the extent
that the pallet is warped, follow the steps
below for the replacement.
1. Remove sixth bolts fastening the pallet
receiver and detach the receiver.
2. Attach a new pallet receiver and tighten
the bolts.

Required Time: 5 minutes
Wipe off old grease with an oiled rag and apply new one
to the grooves of the linear guide with a syringe.
Take ample care not to leave any
waste threads after cleaning.
