4. Alert Labels
The alert labels (described below) are used for this machine.
Please read the instructions on each label carefully and check the contents, observing the
actual object.
Be sure to follow the instructions for safety purposes.
These labels should be kept clean and easily legible at a far safe distance.
In the case that the warning label is degraded and cannot be read, contact the Marketing
Dept., or sales agent of YAMAHA MOTOR CO., LTD to replace it by new one.
Location of Alert Labels
The alert labels are afxed on dangerous and caution-required areas.
Refer to "Alert Labels and Description" for details.

Description
In this tape feeder, a permanent magnet is used in the tape feed section and the
cover tape take-up section.
Nobody with an implanted pacemaker should operate the tape feeder.
Their pacemaker might be affected by magnetism, which might cause a serious
accident.

Description
If the tape feeder is dropped, it might injure your foot or the feeder itself be
damaged.
Handle one by one carefully and take care not to drop.

Precautionary Measures before Installation
Avoid any place that vibrates severely.
The ambient temperatures must be 20 ± 10
°
C and humidity 30 to 80 %.
Any dew condensation must be avoided.
When the machine is transferred to another place and the ambient temperature rises more
than the surface of the machine, dew may condense under the condition described below.
Note that dew condensation may cause the machine to break down.
Condition of Dew Condensation
Dew may condense when the difference (based on "Humidity (%)") between the ambient
temperature of the destination (the place where the machine was transferred) and the
surface temperature of the machine reaches the values or more in the table below.

Ensure that the selected place is free of electric noise, etc.
Precautionary measures (prevention of noise generation, etc.,) must be taken for other
