NOTE
When using
"mixed lines"
(see Table), please keep in mind that the new Optimization feature designed to cal-
culate the placement sequence (see chapt. 11, section 11.2) cannot be used.
Annotation: The placement sequence is defined in the PP-Editor (see chapt. 8, section 8.1.6.3) by assigning
the placement positions to the different levels.
