Inspection the conveyor steel belt
Measures
Step 1.
Press the 'STOP' and 'RESET' buttons in order after
pressing the 'EMG' button on the OP panel to stop
operation.
For more details, refer to "How to perform emergency stop" on page
1-2.
Step 2.
Check the conveyor steel belt for any problems visually
or by pressing the belt
(look for peels, dents, bending, and ensure normal
vacuum creation)
Caution
When the conveyor steel belt has a problem, contact out C/S
company (STS) or local agent.
It is recommend to replace the Conveyor steel belt every 5 years.

Measures
Step 1.

Step 2.
Checks the state of the Steel belt of the unmanned
transporter for obsolete tapes with the naked eye (look
for peels, tearing).
Caution
If there is any problem with Steel belt of unmaned transporter for
obsolete tapes, contact our C/S company (STS) or local sales
office.
Step 3.
When the Steel belt of an unmanned transporter for
obsolete tapes is contaminated, clean it using cloth
dampened with alcohol.
