1 Sicherheitshinweise
LEBENSGEFAHR 1
Nur SIPLACE Techniker oder entsprechend qualifizierte Personen, z.B. Elektrofachkräfte dürfen
die Umrüstung der Stromversorgung vornehmen.
Elektrofachkraft ist, wer aufgrund seiner fachlichen Ausbildung, Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen so-
wie Kenntnis der einschlägigen Normen die ihm übertragenen Arbeiten beurteilen und mögliche
Gefahren erkennen kann. (Erläuterungen nach DIN VDE 0105, Teil 1 (07.83), Verfasser-Komitee
224 d. DKE). 1
(1) Beachten Sie die geltenden Unfallverhütungsvorschriften, z.B. DIN EN 60 204.
(2) Beenden Sie alle Bestückoperationen am Automaten.
– Bei Automaten mit installierter unterbrechungsfreier Stromversorgung (USV) fahren Sie mit
Punkt (3) fort.
– Bei Automaten ohne unterbrechungsfreier Stromversorgung (USV) fahren Sie das WIN-
DOWS NT-Betriebssystem ordnungsgemäß herunter. Es kann sonst zu Problemen beim
Neustart des Automaten oder zu Datenverlust kommen.
(3) Schalten Sie den Automaten am Hauptschalter aus.
(4) Klemmen Sie das Netzkabel vom Stromversorgungsnetz ab.
(5) Sichern Sie das Netzkabel gegen ein Wiederanschließen an das Stromversorgungsnetz.
(6) Sichern Sie den Automaten gegen Wiedereinschalten und kennzeichnen Sie, dass Service-
arbeiten durchgeführt werden (siehe Kapitel 2 ’Betriebssicherheit’ der Betriebsanleitung).
(7) Führen Sie nach Abschluss der Umrüstarbeiten eine Sicherheitsprüfung durch (siehe
Kapitel 2
, Sicherheitsprüfung nach DIN EN 60 204).
HINWEIS: 1
Die Sicherheitsprüfung nach DIN EN 60 204 gilt für die Länder der europäischen Union. Für
Länder außerhalb der EU sind die entsprechenden länderspezifischen Vorschriften zu be-
achten. Dies trifft auch auf die Warnzeichen und Sicherungsmittel zu, die bei der Umrüstung
und Sicherheitsprüfung verwendet werden. 1
