1. Outline of the Production History

The production History of Xg-series machine is rather fortified compared to the one of the current

model machine. It helps the customer grasp of the machine utility and support the acquisition of ISO. Xg

machine software has the auto system to collect the production history using the network in the

standard.

The purpose of the production history is various in recent years, and it is used to grasp the machine

operating condition, to clear the cause of problems, to specify the production lot when at the occurrence

of the defective product and also to perform the process design.

・Grasping the operating condition of the machine --- Log of every Product and PCB lot.

・Clear the cause of the machine trouble --- Log of Operation and Error.

・Grasp the effect by the machine improvement --- History of Head,/Feeder/Nozzle/Conveyor/Comp.

・Survivability in case of the defective production --- Log of PCB/Product lot/Operation/Error.

・Grasp the condition of the consumption parts --- History of Head/Feeder/Nozzle/Conveyor/Comp.

And, as for the control figure of the system of the Mounter line, various techniques are adopted by the

customer's multiple seed and multiple states production forms.

Therefore, we are going to open the architecture of production history, and all production history data

are made the CSV form of the Text. This will realize to take in the customer’s individual data base and

total the production history data by the table calculation software on the market.

By using the production history system of Xg series Mounter which has such characteristics, the

customer will be able to concentrate on how improve the line construction and raise Working Ratio

2. Types of Production History

There are two kinds of the history that one is Log form data and another is the count of the history

data in new Production history of Xg series Mounter. The customer can refer to the former with Log

related to such as an error, operation, and PCB in picture of [Mis]. The latter can be referred to by the

error rate by the head/nozzle, the total of the part unit, and customer can see in picture of [Unit log].

Error Log : Log of error and operation

Board Log : Production Log of every Board

Program Log : Production Log of every lot

[Unit log]

Head : Every Head’s Pick Up Error Rate and so on

Nozzle : Every Nozzle’s Pick Up Error Rate and so on

Conveyor : Transfer Error and so on

Feeder : Pick Up Error of every Feeder set number and so on

Parts : Every component’s Pick Up Error and so on

A Board data name is being used as lot name being used well in the Production history data in the

Mounter line. And the comment of the Board data is being used as lot ID.

As for four personal history of Head, Nozzle, Conveyer, Feeder of [Unit log], it is supplied three kinds

of the data one is a customer can reset optionally, second is for the maintenance and third is all the

accumulation.
