2. Types of Production History
There are two kinds of the history that one is Log form data and another is the count of the history
data in new Production history of Xg series Mounter. The customer can refer to the former with Log
related to such as an error, operation, and PCB in picture of [Mis]. The latter can be referred to by the
error rate by the head/nozzle, the total of the part unit, and customer can see in picture of [Unit log].
[Mis]
Error Log : Log of error and operation
Board Log : Production Log of every Board
Program Log : Production Log of every lot

[Unit log]
Head : Every Head’s Pick Up Error Rate and so on
Nozzle : Every Nozzle’s Pick Up Error Rate and so on
Conveyor : Transfer Error and so on
Feeder : Pick Up Error of every Feeder set number and so on
Parts : Every component’s Pick Up Error and so on
A Board data name is being used as lot name being used well in the Production history data in the
Mounter line. And the comment of the Board data is being used as lot ID.

As for four personal history of Head, Nozzle, Conveyer, Feeder of [Unit log], it is supplied three kinds
of the data one is a customer can reset optionally, second is for the maintenance and third is all the
accumulation.

3. History Log by Stage
The function of History Log prior to YG300 is based on a single stage machine. In a single stage
machine, it is possible to count each item without missing.
It is also possible to count individual time such as Mount CT and Marc Rec CT in a multi-stage
machine. But for inseparable time such as Transfer CT and Standby CT, it is difficult to define which is
accurate time as a record of the machine itself because the stages move asynchronously.
Therefore, from YG300, it counts and outputs Transfer and Standby time by each stage individually,
instead of counting and outputting one of them as a record of the whole machine.
