Before Use
We are grateful to you for purchasing our feeder adjusting jig JG-0209 (camera type).
This feeder adjusting jig is used to measure the component pickup position of the feeder
for “YAMAHA Direct Drive Modular Mounter Sigma-series tape feeder” and write pick
up position offset data in the memory of the feeder .
This instruction manual describes the functions, handling, and operations of the feeder
adjusting jig for those who have nished the basic training of the chip mounter.
Before using the feeder adjusting jig, please read this instruction manual carefully to fully
understand the instructions and precautionary measures for safety purposes.
After reading through this manual, please use this manual as an occasional reference and

About Installation and Transfer
Before the jig is installed, the installation site must be properly prepared on the
customer side to ensure the installation requirements described in the instruction
manual.
Frequency and voltage difference in local site may cause a machine malfunction.
The surrounding circumstances (electromagnetic radiation obstruction or noises)
may cause a machine malfunction.
About Specication Change
Consult the marketing department or sales agency of Hitachi High-Technologies for
desired changes of the feeder adjusting jig and the software specications.
