Machine status:
Status Information
Run Machine running in the AUTO mode (Including the time waiting for boards)
Ready
Normal stop (neither Run nor Error)
From when the RESET key is pressed due to an error (except for safety stop) until
when the Run status is restored. (Or until when a safety stop is engaged).
From when an error (a safety stop) is cleared until when the Run status is restored.
From when the machine stops due to a pickup error or recognition error until when the
Run status is restored.
SEMI or MANU mode
Error
From when the machine has stooped due to an error (parts exhaust included) until
when the RESET key is pressed.
(However, the pickup error and recognition error are excluded.)
=REMARKS=
If RESET is pressed during an error stop, the machine status will change to Ready regardless of whether or
not the error has been cleared.
In case of safety stop, however, the status will not change until it is cleared.

Used to output he name of the currently selected product program from the machine to the host computer.
If no product program has been chosen, an ‘A4E01’ will be returned to the hot computer.

Used when the host computer actively operates the machine according to the production plan.
C5 commands are available only used when the equipment is in remote control mode.

BL Starts in the 1BLOCK stop mode
EP Starts in the EOP stop mode

Command transfer sequence
When the machine receives a C5ST command, it starts after setting the stop mode by using the **
code.
When the operation is started, an R command is returned to the host computer as an acknowledgment
signal. Refer to 3.4 R Commands for details.
