LD
This command is sent when the loading operation has been completed.
PCB loading
Waiting for PCB loading
UP / OG
Sending a C5UP command or pressing the L.STOP switch on the control panel prohibits PCB loading
from the preceding process. The PC board on the table will be unloaded to the subsequent process
after production on it is completed.
UP: This command is output when the last PCB is unloaded from the unloader.
OG: This command is output when production on the last PCB is completed.
RC
This command is output when the machine goes into recovery operation for pickup error, component
recognition error or component exhaustion.
If recovery operation is completed successfully, an R3GD command is output, but if another error
occurs, an R3NG command is output.
TE
This command is output when the width adjustment executed by a C5WC command has been
completed.

SE / SENG
This command is output when program selection by a C5SEP command or via the operation screen on
the machine has been completed.
If program selection has been completed successfully
Command format:
If program selection has ended abnormally
Command format:
Error code and pertinet program (data)
E1∗∗ : Product program (NC data field, nozzle station data field)
E2∗∗ : Product program (Feeder data field)
E5∗∗ : Parts library
E7∗∗ : Supply library
E0∗∗ : Other (Outside the effective data range, etc.)
It is possible to set whether or not to output the product program name, error code or data error.
== Refer to ’3.4.6 Setting the R Command Output Condition’.
RU
This command is output when the machine status has changed from Error or Ready to Run.
It is not output when the operation mode is SEMI or MANU.
RD
This command is output when the machine status has changed from Run or Error to Ready.
ER
This command is output when the machine status has changed from Run to Error.
=HINT=
The above three commands (R1RU / R1RD / R1ER) are output according to the changes in machine status.
However, the C2ST command should be used to actively monitor these changes on the host computer.
== Refer to ‘C Commands / C2ST’ for the definitions of Run, Ready and Error status.

3.4.4 Machine Error Information: R2
The machine has a function to detect various errors during operation and stops automatically if any of the
errors is detected
The R2 commands are to inform the host computer of these errors.
Command format:
The following data code area is applied.
Data code application:
E01 / E04 / E06 / E09 / E11 / E12 / E13 / E14 / E15 / E17 : Not used
E02
Information of pickup error or “No feeder” error
Z number indicates the feeder position where the vacuum error occurred.
E03
Information of component exhaust determined when the specified pickup error count is reached.
E05
Information of an error occurred during PCB loading.
E07
Information of axis overrun. Generated if any axis exceeds its limit.
E08
Generated when the machine stopped due to other error.
E10
Axis interlock error information.
E16
Information of a warning error which does not cause the machine to stop.
E18
Error information of a recognition error generates.
TE
Information of errors occurred on all width adjust axes
TEnn
Information of an error occurred on the width adjust axis nn (nn: axis number).
nn is fixed at 01 for this machine.
The error data field is applied as follows.
Sxxx
Nxxx Zxxx M0T000 xxxxxx
(1) (2) (3) (4) (5)
(1) Pattern No.
Pattern number is output as fixed length data of 3 digits.
(2) Block No.
Block number is output as fixed length data of 3 digits.
Occupies 4 digits if the block number exceeds 999.
(3) Z No.
Z number is output as fixed length data of 3 digits.
(4) Mounting condition
Not used. The above fixed character string is output.
(5) Error code
The same error code as the one displayed on the screen is output.
It is possible to set whether or not to output the error code.
== Refer to ’3.4.6 Setting the R Command Output Condition’.
