3.4.4 Machine Error Information: R2
The machine has a function to detect various errors during operation and stops automatically if any of the
errors is detected
The R2 commands are to inform the host computer of these errors.
Command format:
The following data code area is applied.
Data code application:
E01 / E04 / E06 / E09 / E11 / E12 / E13 / E14 / E15 / E17 : Not used
E02
Information of pickup error or “No feeder” error
Z number indicates the feeder position where the vacuum error occurred.
E03
Information of component exhaust determined when the specified pickup error count is reached.
E05
Information of an error occurred during PCB loading.
E07
Information of axis overrun. Generated if any axis exceeds its limit.
E08
Generated when the machine stopped due to other error.
E10
Axis interlock error information.
E16
Information of a warning error which does not cause the machine to stop.
E18
Error information of a recognition error generates.
TE
Information of errors occurred on all width adjust axes
TEnn
Information of an error occurred on the width adjust axis nn (nn: axis number).
nn is fixed at 01 for this machine.
The error data field is applied as follows.
Sxxx
Nxxx Zxxx M0T000 xxxxxx
(1) (2) (3) (4) (5)
(1) Pattern No.
Pattern number is output as fixed length data of 3 digits.
(2) Block No.
Block number is output as fixed length data of 3 digits.
Occupies 4 digits if the block number exceeds 999.
(3) Z No.
Z number is output as fixed length data of 3 digits.
(4) Mounting condition
Not used. The above fixed character string is output.
(5) Error code
The same error code as the one displayed on the screen is output.
It is possible to set whether or not to output the error code.
== Refer to ’3.4.6 Setting the R Command Output Condition’.

3.4.5 Recovery Information: R3
R3 commands are used to notify the host computer of the result of recovery operation.
Command format: R3∗∗∗∗
∗∗∗∗ code application
∗∗∗∗
Description
GDCT Notifies that the executed recovery cycle was successful.
NGCT
Notifies that the executed recovery cycle also failed and another recovery will be
performed.
NGEP
Notifies that the executed recovery cycle also failed and the machine will be stopped
due to an error.
=HINT=
If component exhaustion is determined after recovery, no R3 command (result of recovery) will be sent but
only R2E03 (component exhaustion) will be sent.
For this reason the number of R1RC (recovery start) commands does not always agree with that of R3
commands.
3.4.6 Setting the Output Condition of R Command
When R command (option) is enabled, the condition for outputting the command can be set as follows.
Setting by communication mode
Remote mode On-line mode
ON
