Preparing the Head Mount
Preparing the Head Mount
Assemble the head mount. For details, refer to the assembly instructions "Universal placement head
mounting rack" [DE+EN: 00196371-xx].
Vacuum test
Set the nozzles for the current nozzle configuration down in the nozzle changer.
Before you begin maintenance work, perform a vacuum test. Use the calibration nozzles 2057 for
this. If vacuum value irregularities occur at certain segments, take a closer look at these during main-
tenance work. Note down the numbers of the problematic segments for later reference.
Spare parts Item no. HMK

CAUTION
Perform a software update if required
Due to an incorrect value in the station software, the request to perform maintenance may be
shown too late or not at all.
From SW 706.01 SP2 (or 705.05.SP2) onwards, the request is shown correctly.
For older software, perform a software update. For details, refer to the technical information
"Maintenance level for DP unit on CPP head incorrect in the software" [DE: TI2013-06D02]
[EN: TI2013-06E02].
CAUTION
ESD
Connect the assembly mount ESD connection to an ESD connection at the workplace.
Always observe the ESD regulations described in the user manual.
NOTICE
Error messages
The following error messages could indicate that the holding circuit is dirty:
During the reference run: "FM 30614 Holding circuit vacuum for nozzle of specified type too
small"
During placement: "FM 30565 Measured pressure in holding circuit is too low"

Multipette
Multipette
Prepare the multipette. For more information about this, read section "9 Handling the Multipette"
[ 89]. Also observe the following instructions:
Color-coding of dosage devices and lubricants
Fit the protective cap onto the component sensor for
the placement head.
CAUTION
Do not combine lubricants!
Contamination (combination) of lubricants can affect the service life of the bearings!
Only use the combitip specifically marked for each lubricant, to avoid combining the lubri-
cants.
