1 章 设备概要
1-1. 前言
“KE-2050R/2055R/2060R”(以下简称为 KE-2000R 系列)是 KE-2000 系列的后续机型,继承了
KE-700 系列构筑的模块化概念所具有的灵活性,是经济性、通用性、可靠性、维护性与安全性
得到进一步提高的逐片式新系列贴片机。
KE-2000R 系列利用主控计算机(HLC),不仅可进行 KE-2000R 系列的生产线控制,而且可对
KE-2000 系列、KE-700 系列以及 JUKI 制造的涂胶机(KD-775,770)进行生产线控制,因而可构筑适
于各种应用程序的生产线。
操作界面采用 Windows XP 作为操作系统软件(基础软件),更加容易操作。。
* KE-2050R/2055R 主要适用于小型芯片元件的贴片,同时也可用于薄型芯片形状的元件以及
QFP、CSP BGA 的贴片。
* KE-2060R 除具有上述性能之外,还可对大型 QFP、CSP、BGA IC 进行贴片。
1-2 特点
通过使用 4 吸嘴同时识别的多激光贴片头(MNLA),实现高速贴片
* 1 MNLA 贴片头由 4 个吸嘴构成(KE-2050R/2055R)
* 1 MNLA 贴片头由 4 个吸嘴+1 FMLA 贴片头,共 5 个吸嘴构成(KE-2060R)
各吸嘴轴的上下动作、旋转动作均采用独立的 AC 伺服马达,实现了不受贴片模式影响的高速贴
片。
利用元件识别摄像机和图案匹配功能,提高了对基板标记的识别能力。同时,利用区域基准标
记识别功能,通过一组标记可实现对多个元件的贴片。
贴片机具有识别贴片位置偏移和自动校正功能(FCS:Flexible Calibration System),可以保
持交货当时的贴片精度。(选购)
通过所装备的位置校正摄像机、高度测量装置、送料器统一准备功能(选购项)使准备时的机
器停止时间最小化,实现高运作效率
利用激光校准测量时检查芯片站立状态,提高吸取贴片可靠性。
基板支撑部位(基板 Backup)采用马达驱动,减轻解除基板夹具时的振动,防止元件在贴片后出
现偏移,缩短夹紧与释放时间。
利用位置校正摄像机和高度测量装置可不打开机盖进行准备工作,提高安全性。
通过在送料器安装部位装备指示器(送料器位置指示器:FPI) LED 指示灯显示生产过程中
发生的“元件用完通知”、“元件剩余量警告”,提高更换元件的操作效率。(选购件)
OS 采用 Windows XP,容易操作。
